Privacy policy

This policy explains the limited information processed when you use the solver or send feedback. The service does not require an account and is designed to avoid collecting unnecessary personal data.
Information we process
When server solving is available, we store the normalized plate positions, link relationships, generated solution, language, timing, and result status. If you submit feedback, we store its category, message, language, and any contact detail you choose to provide.
Hosting and technical data
Cloudflare hosts the site and may process network information such as IP addresses, request headers, and security logs to deliver and protect the service. Google Fonts may receive standard network request information when fonts load. The application does not deliberately copy IP addresses into its solver or feedback database.
How information is used
Solver records are used to return solutions, recognize repeated configurations, diagnose failures, and improve the tool. Feedback is used to investigate bugs, evaluate suggestions, and respond when you provide a contact method.
Storage and retention
Application records are stored in a local SQLite database during development and in Cloudflare D1 after deployment. Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and improve the service or handle a feedback request.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. Information is disclosed only to service providers needed to host and operate the site, or when required by law. Do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in feedback.
Your choices
You can use the solver without an account and leave the optional feedback contact field empty. You may request access to or deletion of identifiable feedback by using the feedback form and providing enough detail to locate the submission.

This policy may be updated as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Questions and privacy requests can be sent through the feedback form.
